A Constructivist apartment building by Moisei Ginzburg and Ignaty Milinis, known for its unusual living units.

The story of this place

Built in 1928–1930 for employees of the finance commissariat, the project paired compact apartments of different heights with rooms for shared activities.

The strip windows and supports beneath the building are visible from outside. It has been restored and remains a residence; organised tours explain the interior layouts.
